Chamberlain & McCreery Opens New Shopping Center

By Kathy Martin

Chamberlain & McCreery, Inc. just opened its newest shopping center, the Polo Shops at Germantown Road and Winchester. This 17,500-square-foot center serves a high-traffic area of Memphis with national tenants such as Radio Shack, as well as local tenants like Kathy’s Nails. Geneva Tran, sister of the owner of Kathy’s Nails, remarks that the shopping center was selected as a second location for the business because of its strong drive-by traffic.

Tenant space is available with a minimum of 1,400-square-feet bays. Jon McCreery, partner of Chamberlain & McCreery, says that Polo Shops is similar to the company’s other shopping center developments, but the larger traffic count at this location appeals to much larger tenants.

Chamberlain & McCreery builds about $25 million in commercial real estate property every year. For leasing information on Polo Shops, call Mark C. Johnson Commercial Realty at 758-8600.
