Memphis, Tenn., May
22, 2007 – Memphis-based home builder
Chamberlain & McCreery will host a
neighborhood block party for the new Gailyn
Manor residential neighborhood in Bartlett,
Tenn., on Saturday, June 2 from 11 a.m. to 2
p.m. at 4983 Shira Drive.
The block party, which is open to the
public, will give the community and
potential home buyers the opportunity to
learn about Gailyn Manor and tour the
neighborhood. The new residential
development offers community living close to
schools and shopping venues in Bartlett. The
event will have a casual come-and-go

light refreshments and meet area residents.
The Bartlett Fire Department also will be on
site giving tours of its fire trucks and
ambulances.
Gailyn Manor is located in Bartlett off of
Old Brownsville Road just past Shadowlawn

and energy saving features, just to name a
few.
