
Chamberlain & McCreery, Inc. began over 25
years ago when Phil Chamberlain
II joined forces with Jon McCreery
to form their unique partnership. Hard work and a commitment to excellence
have been key to earning a reputation of building quality homes and
commercial buildings. Chamberlain and McCreery have also been very
involved with the building industry and community through volunteering their
time to serve as leaders of governmental, civic and industry related
organizations.
Phil has served as President of Memphis Area
Homebuilders Association in 2002, President of Greater Memphis Area Habitat
for Humanity in 2006, President for Homebuilders Association of Tennessee in
2010, a member of Governor Bredesen’s Energy and Conservation Task Force in
2009 and 2010 and has recently accepted an appointment by Governor Haslam to
serve as a Board of Director with the Tennessee Housing Department Authority
(THDA).
Jon has served as President for
Germantown Youth Athletic Association (GYAA) from 1995-2000, Land Use and
Control Board from 2007 to present, and First Capital Bank Board of
Directors from 1996 to present.
Together, their leadership and
professionalism are just a part of what makes Chamberlain & McCreery, Inc. a
successful business today. They have also specialized in commercial
construction for over 12 years. Their commercial department includes
tenant finish, banks, medical, dental, shopping centers, office buildings,
concrete tilt up and “ will build to suit”, as well as merchant general
contracting services.
Chamberlain & McCreery’s long
history and knowledge of residential and commercial construction is what
makes them unique to the
Memphis market.
As active members of the Memphis Area Homebuilder’s Association (MAHBA),
Phil and Jon continue to demonstrate a professionalism that is a credit to
today’s industry.
